property door found locked while checkin ; no1 respond to phone no as well as calling bell not operational. around 2 hour standing infront of the gate. Room provided was unhygenic and totally different with the pictures avail/shown in your app.

Ac not working properly, Bathroom flush issue room, bed sheet, pillow cover not clean, even cockroaches are crawling nearby.

Everything was far below average, namely pillows, pillows cover, blanket cover, towel, room service.....

Very poor experience. They have charge rs. 300 for early check in and gave me other room which i haven't paid for. Manager behavior was very poor

booking for this hotel is useless because after paying money for hotel also they asked extra money they say not to do payment. I m very disappointed with this hotel.

Hotel has terrible service, manager is rude. He told us that he won't accept prepaid booking. The rooms were filthy, washrooms horrible, they were not even flushed. Bedsheets were dirty and had stains and were torn from places and it had nil room service.

Does not exist. Please refund. Refund

It is on the station road and we'll connected with 2 main points to reach highway and corners of city

First they did not wanted to check in because make my trip give me huge discount and i pay low price. After calling mmt customer care they let us check in. Food not tasty but u can eat it. Staff behaviour was good in our stay time. Overall other than check in issue and food quality. All good.

I have booked this hotel through online and made my payment by online only but after reaching the hotel the reception guy ask me to pay more rs. 360 either or cancel your booking. I have tried to contact the customer support of did not succeed and lastly i had paid the asked amount in cash to them the food quality was worst too.

Location is good for those who want railway connectivity.

Total waste of money broken bad ac not working dirty and broken bucket in bathroom and bathroom not clean only 2 pieces of bread and 1 omelette and 1 cup of tea as complimentary breakfast hotel stuff not good.
