Nice experience, good food, location just beside Malda Bypass road, ample parking space.

very well located on NH12, clean property, very helpful staff, made food for my kid which was not on the menu also ... also they went out of their way to give packed breakfast... reasonably priced ... clean and hygienic rooms ... we had a great stay

Excellent stay. Clean and big room and washroom. Necessary toiletries, water bottles, tea/coffee/biscuits, everything was given. Great service provided, food was nice. All the basic amenities are there. Special addition is the swimming pool. Location is great, besides the national high way 12. They have good security- another thing which should be mentioned. Ample parking place. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for a night while traveling to North Bengal. The USP of this hotel is its location. It is right on the highway making it very convenient. The hotel is big, lots of parking space. The room I stayed in was decent. All linens and towels provided were spotless. AC working properly. Toilet is a bit small. Could have been better if the washbasin had some counter sort of thing for keeping toiletries which the hotel provided. Food is decent. I will again stay here while returning back.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Ambiance is very nice. Staff's were very courteous and well behaved. Food quality was ok and need some improvement.

The rooms and service is very basic. We used it for our transit stop.

Rooms are very very pricey compared to the place and overall quality. They don't serve breakfast even in rs. 3000 super deluxe rooms. It would have been a great stay if the tarriff was within rs. 2000 per night. Also food was a spoiler for us. We had ordered hot gulab jamun at dinner. First the restaurant staff said it was not available and then suddenly called us and said cook will prepare. What we received was a tapri quality fungus filled jamuns. Not expected from such a 3* star hotel.

The food was a bit too rich, the mutton piece was not very good, i expected a better piece. The room and service was excellent only the food could have been better.

Stayed for business trip to malda, balurghat and raiganj. It was a pleasant experience. Will stay again.
