Catering service and food was good

The said property is situated near the public road so anyone can easily access it without wandering over and there. The property owner Mis. Shanthi frequently connected with us once we completed our booking with the property. It really made us comfortable because she had tried to reach us till we checked in the property. The only cons we felt that only one vehicle could park inside the premises of the property. One of our vehicle parked near road side of the property where under in cctv surveillance of the property. Care taker Mis Lakshmi cooked nice food for us from the available menu at Shanthi villa. She was really nice to us by her friendly approach.

Location, property and food.

it was a pleasant stay, caretaker did her best to understand us(language barrier) and she did in fact. power outage can be an issue in bedrooms but there is a light in living room. The food she cooked was delicious. the rooms are neat and clean. caretaker has polite and helpful nature. rooms are bigger in size. overall very good stay.

Villa is good , neat and clean but so many facilities were not there for a family . No usage of kitchen ,you cannot cook by yourself , no utensils kept ,no toiletries , no kettle , they keep a caretaker for that which is extra pay. And for everything they charge extra for example fire . Was not upto the mark . They don’t provide early , only after telling they are providing . No enjoyment as there is military classes around it.

My family and I stayed in the property for a day and to be honest we loved it thoroughly. The property was spic and span and exuded a homely vibe. Also, Lakshmi akka made it feel more like home. She prepared nice home cooked meals for us and was kind enough to prepare breakfast for us very early in the morning. In all a very nice stay.

Lakshmi, the care taker made sure we were comfortable and well settled. She ensured our 11 month old baby was also well taken care of - be it food for the baby, or milk. The villa was well maintained and is a perfect stay for a family of 5 or more, with spacious 3bhk and 4 double beds

Highly overpriced. Only one bedroom has attached bathroom. The other two has common bathroom only. Food and service was ok for which giving 3 stars.

The stay is perfect for a big family & group. We reached very late but the care taker lakshmi stayed up late and opened the door for us and made sure we are comfortable. Definitely recommended

It was a wonderful experience staying in Shanthi Villa. I went with my family and trust me we all felt very homely. It’s a 3bhk apartment and the rooms were quite spacious, neat and clean. We all enjoyed so much, playing cards every day in the hall which is way bigger than anyone could’ve imagined. And special mention to the caretaker Rashmi, who is a fabulous cook. We got so attached to her that we weren’t willing to leave her and come back. She is such a sweet and caring woman. She did each and every thing starting from taking our luggages, cleaning the house, cooking meals and what not. The owner and his family stay out of the city but he was very responsive and supportive through the phone whenever we needed help with any small thing. He was very humble. Overall, it’s a great homely experience. Trust me, with the rates that we paid for 4 nights plus the meals, we were treated with way above our expectations 😊

A pleasant place to stay. Rooms are comfortable. Food prepared by caretaker was excellent. Hot water and wifi was provided. Bathrooms are ok but there is only one basin. Tv should be bigger in size. Approach to home should have additional staircase. Response of owner is quick and caretaker available all the time. Had a good stay overall.
