Good Stay
The stay was very good, and this is the second time I've stayed at Shalom Hostel. The first was in Rishikesh, and now Shimla. The only thing they need to understand is that if couples or family members are taking a private room, they should be allowed to eat food in the room.

The service was truly outstanding; every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The food was a delightful experience — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What impressed me most was the attention to detail — from the fragrant fresh flowers in the lobby to the seamless check-in process, everything reflected top-class professionalism. awesome stay at shalom backpackers in Shiml
I stayed at Shalom Backpackers Shimla and it was amazing. The location is unbeatable—right beside the Tourism Lift and just steps from Mall Road. The rooms were clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The food in the restaurant was tasty, and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Would absolutely stay here again!

Location is perfect if anyone is reaching Old bus stand. 10-15 mins maximum walk from Old bus stand. Nice clean dorms. Kitchen facility available. Big balconies with nice valley view.

Terrible Stay
Management is not responsible, allotted me a dorm , at night when I came , it was already occupied . No safety measures like cctv cameras . Very small dorms , no luggage facility for more than 1 bag .
