property is in very bad shape... dark corridor... no light in lift.. furniture is broken.... bed is broken

waste for money .....

very bad property and third class service bad food I have never experienced such a bad hotel and such poor services in my entire career. The bathroom door in Hotel Shagun was not locked, the door was not closing and water was dripping from the AC. Very bad experience.

Room not clean ! Inside bed many small cockroaches !!!! Bathroom not clean not provide dental kit

Rooms were not cleaned properly, basic facility not provided by the hotel management team. Many insects were found from the room and washroom. Service provided by the staff was very pathetic. Never experienced such services, very horrible experience.

hotel property is good but not maintained room is not clean also washroom is also leaking water need more improvement

I'm staying in 5 october to 7 october there is lot of cockroach in tha room and the bed sheet was very dirty and it took 2 hours to change one bed sheet the staff here is very slow.

The room condition was horrible. The cockroaches were roaming freely in Rooms, wardrobe and corridor. The wardrobe was broken and the toilet was unclean. The housekeeping staff didn't provide a bathing towel to all guests. The Airconditioner was not maintained

I have stayed at Shagun hotel before and last time it was poor stay. The rooms were dirty and had cockroaches there…..there was a rat living in the wall and it came out of the AC unit in the room, the room didn’t have any windows at all so we asked to change the room and went to other room. But then this room was also very bad! As seen in photos, there were insects,lizards and cockroaches…..and water was leaking from the ceiling so they had put up the menu on ceiling. Faucets didn’t work well and even door locks weren’t functioning. To add here, the staff was not friendly or even polite.

Check in wasn't done with ease. Room door wasn't in good condition. Flush not working. Some of light not working. TV not working. Bedsheet wasn't wash properly Bathroom wasn't in good condition.

1) the receptionist was not cooperative, rude, and told us it is self service so ask us to arrange the bed and other things in the room. 2) room was extremely dirty, and it was smelling bad. 3)bedsheet were not clean, it had hair on it. extra mattress needed was lying out in corridor and receptionist asked us to take it which was dirty. bathroom door lock was broken, no toiletries, no towel. the bucket was dirty and muddy. 4) there w as parking but they asked us to park outside on road at our own risk. 5) they didn't any water bottles 6) and the pictures shown on the site and in reality the room was quite different. 7) there was no room service but only self service. 8) after all the struggles, we decided to give up on it. wasting our money and energy and most importantly time.

I went Shagun hotel to stay the cleaned room comfortably as well as breakfast is yummy. Everything is good 👍
