I booked hotel But when i want to check in hotel they denied to check in hotel. Because they said booking is not vaild. And they charge extra money for check in. So please if you want to stay in hotel never book always book offline.

Hotel shivay taken 224 rs. Additional charge. Hotel receptionist asked additional money due to low rate of makemytrip. Hotel did not allowed to check-in without additional money, after that i paid and then i checked in room 12:10 am at night. Such a bad experience of mm t and hotel

So this was my worst experience in my life. I reached vadodara and went to the hotel shivay and they denied booking. I reached to the customer care and then they took nearly 1 hour more to solve the problem and give me another room. But my transportation money was more right that time. So this was my worst experience in my life.

I stayed with my family. Hotel is in the second floor with a very old lift which can carry only 3 person at a time. Behavior of the reception not satisfactory. We booked deluxe room and we got a small room. Very poor hotel.

They were very polite and good staff

I was a little worried about the behaviour of the reception person he told me we don't accept online bookings. Later he allowed but first he said no to me.

If you need a decent place to stay within a short distance of vrindavan char rasta then this hotel is your last destination. No kitchen available however all major food delivery apps deliver to this hotel and you can munch on whatever you like. Overall nice place to stay
