Review Of Hotel O Sunrise

There are lot of aspects which, and where this could have been improved. First thing is bathroom, and second thing is maintenance of the room. It would be much much much improved.

room is not like uploaded images. washroom is also unhygienic. no fridge,no parking, no toiletries, conjustead room & narrow passage.

pathetic staff. They don't know how to talk with their customers. Despite paying such a high amount for low quality rooms they treated me and my family like we are staying for free. I had booked their hotel for 3 days two rooms. I had to checkout immediately and find another hotel in night. Their room quality was such a low that I was not able to sleep in it. and my parents and daughter 3 year old were with me. Room was smelling like DDT was sprayed in it. AC was noising like I am sleeping on the road and cars are honking

checked in at 11.30pm. wen to room n was later told no hot water. in the morning got up late. by the time i had breakfast in room, again no hot water. they said it goes by 11am. poor room cleanliness and hygiene. and at 10.30am i am being told to vacate by 11. n very strongly. would never go bak. wonder how they have a rating of Good!

Broken and malfunctioning amenities, totally different than photos

Very bad service and rooms, ac was not working, room service was rude, reception was also rude over-all really terrible experience.

Cheating and third class horrible experience and never go again in that place. Even never picked up company phone.

The stay wasn't comfortable. The staffs were not cooperative. My mm t booking showed free breakfast and lunch/dinner, i. E, 2 meal a day but the hotel charged me for the same saying mm t didn't ask for their consent. I could have booked the hotel at 890/day without meal but booked for 1150 just because meal was added. I want my money back or discount on the next stay

It was very great experience for me that i had been over there for a night, room was clean, staf was also humble, quick services.

I loved this Hotel. So nice. Vary good

The rooms are not up to mark. Food is also very bad and they don't allow outside food on top of that. They don't even give bottled water complimentary. Rooms are very small and haphazardly stored. Washroom was stinking and not in good condition. Won't going there again and won't suggest anyone.

We stayed for a day and night. It was good option

Hotel facility should be improve. If you have free breakfast facility then please provide details info. This is very pathetic service of providing limited breakfast. Other services are good.

The Hotel was average. The room were not as clean and strange smell was coming. But as the prices were low we enjoyed the stay
