I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service during my recent stay at your Vadodara property. Firstly, the WiFi has not been working for the past 5 days, which significantly affected my experience. Despite multiple requests, no resolution was provided, and the issue was repeatedly ignored by the staff. In particular, the receptionist who appears to be leading the team (possibly named Nisha) was unhelpful and provided incorrect information to guests. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to address guest concerns reflect poorly on the hotel’s service standards. This experience was far below my expectations from a reputed brand like Ginger, and I sincerely hope appropriate action will be taken to ensure better guest service in the future

Location is good but hotel rooms are boring , old , dull . No Wi-Fi working. Fan was not working....unpleasant experience

Location of the hotel is very convenient. Initially I booked a standard double bed room. But it was too small and cramped. One can hardly walk around the bed. Maintenance and house keeping was not very good. Doormat before the toilet door was not changed. Water bottle left by earlier occupant was there in the cupboard. Shaving kit was not provided. I booked other room, the Queen room. Queen room was too good. Spacious, well maintained, flawless. Food was excellent, as always. Staff was cordial. The rooms were near and clean
