Great location. Could be better managed. Good Food. Good service. Location is prime. plenty of options to dine.

property location is good. lots of places to eat around. the property can be managed slightly better. Had to call for basic toileteries on check in. Breakfast is great. Even the buffet for dinner is value for money.

quality of rooms was very bad also after so many call hotel is not provided dental.kit wash room was unhinged

No courtesy of reception staff, Even after waiting at desk, they are not responsive properly, They are busing with thier personal talk on desk.

Check in time is 2 pm. Room quality very poor, as per charges it is worst to stay. Room are different from as shown in pictures

The pillows were dirty so as the bed sheets and others. They cleanliness was not good, the wall papers were pilled off as well. The basic wash room hygiene was missing. Overall experience was terrible. The TATA must pay attention to it seriously. The front desk staff was also not cooperative and non responsive.

Bathroom water logging problem,no sanitation observed in toilets. House keeping was worst . Property location is good. F

Hotel is located in good area and you will get basement parking too. So no tension if you bring your own vehicle. Room is clean with all the amenities and. Dinner buffet was delicious and choice of items were ample. You can eat outside the hotel too as lots of eateries around the hotel.

Restaurant is near to Vadodra Railway station, Getting an auto from station is an task coordinating with Auto driver will test your patience booking by Uber auto is cheapest Rs 40 but communication with Auto driver is very tough they will not come where you are standing location, you will need to search their Auto & find them , if you are new to place you can't come where your Auto is waiting. Drivers don't understand the difficulty to reach them, Property is very old & not well maintained, Washroom has become Yellow full bathroom is patched with white cement, Beds are comfortable to sleep & clean, Buffet breakfast is complimentary with not much choice, Food is Ok, with Diwali on the day expected Sweets will be in Menu which is not be Basic knowledge by Cook & Manager was expected. Hotel shoul be coomletely close or turned to home stay for budget user This ginger is spoiling other Ginger Top hotel Either you should rename it Ginger Budget & other in Kevadia should be renamed as Ginger Gold to understand the difference for booking purpose

Hotel was good, room was great n comfortable, ac, washroom utilities , coffee , tea water etc... staff were good n helpful, over all very good

Facility and ambience - Basic, neat , clean Food - Decent Problem : No proactive approach. Hotel was aware that hot water was not available - however they didnot inform guests. They expect the Guest to go to bathroom, check weather Hot water is available, call house keeping to give hot water in bucket and then take bath. This approach is NOT possible. And to TOP it up, Reception is telling me, you could have called Housekeeping. Second - each guest has to ask how to configure WIFI password. In my earlier visit, I had orally informed to have a guide card on how to setup password without calling reception. A Indian Hotel group hotel cannot have this lethargic approach. I definitely expect compensation for inconvenience. .

Stay was comfortable. Staff prompt and were cooperative. Plus point it’s very near from airport so travelling back is convenient from Ginger. Location is good.

I had a very good stay at Ginger Vadodara, Fatehgunj. Entire staff was helpful, Shubhashree helped us check in; rooms where neat and clean, new interiors make it for cozy stay.

Staff is to good kind by nature , I must that the Location of the Hotel is really great you can easily reach to main market from here.

Amazing service, clean rooms, good food👍🏻 overall staff was good too. Clean laundry and toilets too.
