I booked this hotel but when I went there I couldn't find any hotel at the location mentioned by this hotel I called the hotel but the management of the hotel didn't respond and the customer service was also poor I had to wait almost 2 hours without it even though I booked it earlier

Did not allowed the stay

I went to hotel, with my girlfriend, and hotel guy did not allowed me the room, ask me to cancel the booking at mm t and pay here, thought my booking was non refundable, i had to pay extra at hotel to get room,
