Perfect Sta

Terrible Stay
Hotel Vrundavan Residency is a terrible hotel. It has cockroaches in the room, broken bathroom flush (water leaking all around the toilet when you flush), phenyl smell all over the room, dirty and dusty sofa and bed, scary room service (where they knock on your door repeatedly to demand if you had finished the food and can give them money). This hotel has elevator only on from the 1st floor and you have to carry your luggage from Ground floor to 1st floor by yourself, and if you were given room on 2nd floor then, to another floor. Their room windows were open and un-closable (giving room to bugs, roaches, and dust for free). Their food was OK. Rest was horrible. Hope I never go to this hotel again.

Average Stay
Amenities like blanket and cushions were not upto the mark. Latchesh were jammed and washroom flush was having a malfunction. Hot water was not available in the morning. If maintenance done right, these things could have been avoided.

Just about Ok
It is definitely not a 4. Staff was helpful but property is old and looks like no upkeep has been done for long time. Photos are of earlier times when property was new.Tea was good. Bed Sheets are very old.

Good stay
I stayed at this hotel as a solo traveler, and my experience was a bit mixed. The service was good, with the staff being attentive and helpful. However, the cleanliness could have been better. While the room was generally fine, it didn’t feel as clean as i expected. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief after long days out, but overall, i felt that the hotel’s attention to detail was lacking in some areas. For the price, it was a decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of cleanliness.

Clean and hygienic hotel with comfortable rooms.
Hotel rooms have reasonable rates. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is decent and disciplined. Food was amazing.
