Terrible experience of Hotel Maryland

Staff is very rude. They don’t have little bit manner to talk with guests. Room condition is very poor. Air condition is in maintenance. We have faced hygiene issue. They have provided us used napkins & towels. Bed sheet was not clean. They haven’t offer water to us. Whenever we have ask them for hygiene issue they had started fighting with us. We have just checked out from the property in half an hours. We are expecting 100% refund.

1. The room and service is not good. 2. The way staff reply to customers is not expected. 3. The bathroom floor is almost 700mm height that room floor without cd. How can a customer enter the bathroom without a cd.

Not good experience

I checked in hotel at 7. 00 pm. Reception guy shifted me to the anothet hotel 2 floors below. Tv was not workibg. No water in washroom in the morning and i had to inform to check regarding water. Staff is rude. Not a good exoerience.

Do not opt for this hotel. Room is having a bad smell, the bedsheet and pillow are dirty. Really pathetic. I was supposed to leave the room at 10 am while left without using the toilet even at 5 am. I was checked in at 1 am and stayed only for 4 hours. You can imagine how pathetic the room is.

Maryland hotel : great location for transit commuting

Only location is good for transit commuting. Food is available downstairs. Hotel is on the 4th floor with lift facility. Not a family place though. But, okay kinda place to spend the night. Washrooms are very small but we managed. We booked a basic room only. Staff people at the restaurant and hotel were nice and friendly. But all hotel staff looked sizzled by late evening.

This hotel is such a terrible hotel booked for 1 person and my friend came to drop me then also he was asking should I book for 2 person and next ac not working, flush was broken, full noisy, and no service from person, only they want tip that's it. Worst hotel, will not suggest to anyone to come and stay here.
