Room no 230 was alloted to me start from entering into room till checkout faced different types of problem. Electric switches were broken, washroom door without handel flooring was broken at different places. . And many more

No Parking Support: I arrived around 12:30 a.m., and there was no parking space available. Nobody cared where I parked — my car was half on the road. Slow Check-in: It took them over 30 minutes just to hand over the room keys. Filthy Room: The floor was sticky and wet, as if soap had been spilled all over. When I asked the staff, the boy had no explanation. No Water Pressure: Only a few drops came out of the shower, and there was no bucket available to manage. Dirty Bathroom: The entire bathroom was flooded and unclean, including the toilet and shower area. No Basic Amenities: There was no tea, coffee, or refreshments, and no foot mat near the bathroom door. Non-functional Phone: Even the landline didn’t work, so there was no way to call for help or make a complaint. Billing Attempt: The height of mismanagement — while I was checking out, one staff member asked me to pay for breakfast I never ordered, especially ironic since their intercom wasn’t even working! In conclusion, do not waste your money at this property. If you have no other option, you’d be better off staying in a small roadside lodge — those are honestly cleaner and more honest than this so-called hotel.

Food was good. Ambience is good but no proper maintenance. Restrooms weren’t clean. Doors had a squeaky sound. There were no door mats.

AC in both rooms was not in working condition. Washroom taps did not work. communication instrument was out of order. Pathetic experience. This property should be delisted.

It’s old property may be okay for one night stay if you are going on the way. Food is okay. Untidy and smell in room.

The location and stay was good as per the price point. Food was a bit pricey , i didn't find the amenities up to mark because the first room given to us, the shower and flush didn't work but upon informing the hotel, they changed our room. The pool was clean and the cafe spot was great.

food 10/10 amenities 0/10 services 3/10 The swimming pool was so dirty, mosquitos were found in the pool, full of fungus on tiles. The overall swimming pool experience was horrible. no non-veg in Comfort inn was also a surprise to me. however food quality was awesome.

there is no service no room services, very worst towels, no napkins in the room, no hand tovel, no coffee. no creamer no more bad words to say

our experience was very disappointing. housekeeping didn't do their job, they need to be trained front desk help need to be efficient in their work area, internet had network issues, breakfast was below standard. overall the. rooms need to be remodeled to meet guests expection. I would not recommend anyone to stay @ this hotel.

Worst experience i have stayed personally and for marriage purpose both, service was terrible. 1. water problem in most of rooms 2. AC was very will not cool down the rooms 3. poor reception service 4. for marriage we added golgappa they added only one kind of water for golgappa which is chatni water and when we asked why so they told manager has asked to do that. 5. starters were poorly served 6. stool is present in toilets due to no water pressure 7. telephone extension will not work in many rooms . 8. General manager stopped the lunch just because 10 percentage payment was pending due to busy marriage schedule
