Terrible Stay
No Hot water for the bath at 5 am asked for it but no response from the hotel Also the drop facility and the paid service said by the Hotel. As make my trip says it is free.

Terrible Stay
The room was the corner most on the property. I wanted to check out early canceling one additional day, but they simply refused saying MMT can do that. Unfortunately, MMT also couldn't help. I don't understand point being Black member or whatever membership mmt offers when you can't manage the property and customer. Mmt support sucks.

Excellent Stay
First of all, the hotel offers a superb ambience with everything well-maintained. The rooms are clean, spacious, and equipped with all essential amenities. Coming to the food, the quality was outstanding—super delicious and definitely worth the money.

Stay at Palm premium is really good. Rooms are compact but clean and well maintained. Feel like luxuries stay. Staff is helpful and food is amazing

Hotel Amenities, Ambience and services are very good. Location is near to Railway and Bus station, which is good. Just one lacking is that Approach road towards hotel is crowded and messy. But that's okay.
