Shagun Hotel

Moulds on wall. Creeky bed and haunted hotel feel. Worst experience. I left in 2 hrs room was smelly

I have stayed at Shagun hotel before and last time it was poor stay. The rooms were dirty and had cockroaches there…..there was a rat living in the wall and it came out of the AC unit in the room, the room didn’t have any windows at all so we asked to change the room and went to other room. But then this room was also very bad! As seen in photos, there were insects,lizards and cockroaches…..and water was leaking from the ceiling so they had put up the menu on ceiling. Faucets didn’t work well and even door locks weren’t functioning. To add here, the staff was not friendly or even polite.

Check in wasn't done with ease. Room door wasn't in good condition. Flush not working. Some of light not working. TV not working. Bedsheet wasn't wash properly Bathroom wasn't in good condition.

1) the receptionist was not cooperative, rude, and told us it is self service so ask us to arrange the bed and other things in the room. 2) room was extremely dirty, and it was smelling bad. 3)bedsheet were not clean, it had hair on it. extra mattress needed was lying out in corridor and receptionist asked us to take it which was dirty. bathroom door lock was broken, no toiletries, no towel. the bucket was dirty and muddy. 4) there w as parking but they asked us to park outside on road at our own risk. 5) they didn't any water bottles 6) and the pictures shown on the site and in reality the room was quite different. 7) there was no room service but only self service. 8) after all the struggles, we decided to give up on it. wasting our money and energy and most importantly time.

I went Shagun hotel to stay the cleaned room comfortably as well as breakfast is yummy. Everything is good 👍

I was stayed 4 days in this hotel.... experience..don't ask...if MMT had rating less than 0..i would give that...very disgusting hotel...if you don't believe please see the picture what i upload... I request MMT to remove this hotel ..the behaviour of staff not good at all..if you ask 1 hour extra time after checkout they will increase their voices saying "You booked through MMT if you would have directly booked with us we would given..and our price is double than what is online"...... This was my experience while check In. Let's go through my stay experience.. The room is out of maintenance..not only room the entire hotel.. in the room everywhere you see spit mark on wall .fungus on wall, paint remove from wall...and interesting part, you are not alone in the room there are lot of small cockroch in the room running around everywhere. Please review the picture if you don't believe me..also another part there is no lock as well as handle for bathroom door.. I did a mistake that I had booked hotel for 4 days which was not refundable... that's why I stayed 4 days and sharing my experience so others dont make the same mistakes as me...to get rid of cockroaches i asked receptionist to spray some hit in the bathroom..but simply they took the key from me and after one hour they returned and told they did the cleaning...but believe me.. they didn't do anything... The staying was very unpleasant... Let's talk some good part about hotel .. which is nothing...but yes ..they provide AC room...one small fridge...TV which was not working.. A big uncleaned room... uncleaned blanket..uncleaned towel....free breakfast (OK).. No water bottle.. etc.. I will never come back to this hotel again in my life ..... I request MMT don't include this hotel in your list .... please remove....

It was a terribly maintained hotel with cockroaches in the room. The door was jammed and tough to open or close. There was only AC and no fan. Food was limited. I'm total one of the worst experiences I've had. I'm going to actively tell people not to stay there

Location: Perfect Food: Needs improvement. Special care to be taken for Jainism followers. Amenities: Lot of hygeine issues observed due to Insects & Bad condition of Blankets! Blankets were full of dirt & Stains. Switch boards need to be fixed properly Or replaced! Canteen staff needs to be trained for Behavioral aspects & Their tone must be low while listening to the complaints if somebody has issues with food!

Person at counter for food must learn behavioral etiquettes! Room's blankets were very very dirty & torn even! It looked good initially from top but if you turn, it will shocked me! Howwever, Room size is big in this budget & mini fridge, Nice bathroom r plus points! Electrical switches need to be fixed properly to avoid any safety hazards! Jain breakfast arrangements must be taken care seriously too.

worst hotel & worst staff, I would never recommend it to anyone, rooms are filled with cockroaches no matter which room you choose, all the wall's have leakage, and this hotel is used by unmarried couples as confirmed by hotel staff
