The room was stinky, no proper bathroom stuff, provide me used tea bag. Breakfast is pathetic as they had only 1 option in breakfast. Staff was good, but restaurant staff behaving rude. Overall waste of money, can get many option better in this price range.

Hotel is very unhygienic. Room floor is greesy and stick to foot. pillow cover and bedsheet is dirty. some kind of bed smell in room. Because of this kind of unhygienic room we had checked out on same day. checkin was on 16th around 3:00 pm and checked out on same day 16th around 10:00 pm. It is the worst experience of my life with this hotel

Breakfast has very very bad

not so clean as expected, food and service is very good but there were bed bugs and a weird smell in the rooms.

Food that should be there for breakfast was just normal and the rooms were not good without bathrooms being very critical.

Food quality it's not good lunch and dinner same both same not change otherwise services it's good

room was average and not that premium category room. washroom was ok ok. bed and pillows are not neat and clean. air conditioner was not cooling. at the price it was not worth it

Room was not in good condition, they are not providing mineral water bottles. Washroom not cleaned.

Location is ok. Very limited varieties of the breakfast and pathetic service from the resturant staff.

The room is terrible, bed and bed covers are not clean, the pillows are good, tv is not working, bathroom taps rust, no proper tea bags, sting bedroom, bath towels are not cleaned, they don't give water bottles, breakfast is very limited by one glass of juice, no extra. Service persons are very rude. Staff are not friendly. I strongly recommend not to come to this hotel.

ок. the property is in mess, the furniture is in terrible state, all the interiors look ugly and unclean.

It was good experience. Rooms were well cleaned & maintained. Staff was very good also. Travel wise also its located at centre from where you can go many places easily.

Bed and bathroom were not clean! limited options breakfast. Staff need to be professional and if they don’t know need to taught how to handle room keeping!
