Location is poor. Does not have a good view. Villa surrounded by buildings from all sides. Does not feel secure. They rent the Villa as 2 BHK, but the kitchen is completely useless since their gas does not work. They do provide some utensils but the utensils are not clean. We had to wash them before using them. Also, they do not have their own restaurant and depend on a near by restaurant to serve food. They could not serve us anything. Washrooms are not up-to the mark and have water leakages. They charge for using the outdoors fireplace, we were demanded some amount for the same. Dish TV was not working, and was recharged after we asked for it. They provided us with extra floor mattresses to sleep on without any bed spreads. You will be able to park utmost one SUV and one mid sized car, not more. They talk about indoor games but provide only carom, which is in poor shape. Those travelling on weekdays and looking for quiet time, look elsewhere. They have a school next door.

Good stay, but needs lots of improvement
Villa was not up to the mark. It was not as expected. Location was quite tough to reach. It was out of the City and, no signboard was available. Room was just ok. It was clean, but tv should of large screen size. Staff was good and, they provided breakfast and, that was average. It is a recommendable property, but they need a lot of improvements, like a proper direction to reach the property, the confined compound, and better security.

Good but lacks professionalism
familyNo cook available as mentioned on site to prepare dinner. Though overall property is clean, daily cleaning not done properly. Caretaker is good and co-operative and helps whenever asked for.

Perfect place for a Weekend getaway
I travelled to Mahabaleshwar with my friends and we're all very much satisfied with the stay at the Serenity Villa. The hospitality was amazing and facilities provided was very good. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Average Stay
As shown in pictures it was not same. I thought the Villa will be open peaceful place but it was crowded (which is not covered in photo). Just wanted to say pictures is lot different then wat we have seen in reality. Though room was awesome service was too good and humble.

Instant heater at bathroom had no use.

The best in Mahabaleshwar
Serenity villa is the best in Mahabaleshwar. I come here often with family and stay different villa but among all serenity villa is the best of all. This villa surrounding is peaceful, quiet and very neatly maintained by caretakers. In addition the 180 ° valley view is breath taking along with soft spreader lawn grass with 4 huge mulberry trees you can eat mulberry as much as you like. The interiors are 5 star equivalent with Wi-Fi, 24 hours hot water, massive kitchen with huge refrigerator for family to cook and barbecues. Rooms are equipped with king size beds with lavish living room. In addition the care takers provide with breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks serenity villa villa for your amazing hospitality and waiting to come again soon.
