We as family went to the property at the time there is no one at the reception and only security person is available at property. After long discussion with Makemytrip call center there is no support. Rooms not cleaned Booked executive room but not available Dental kit not available Bath towel not available There is no room service I never stayed like this worst property... Totally money lost...

The accommodations were comfortable and I recommend them for short trips. The food was also delicious.

My experience was marred by several issues that affected my comfort and overall satisfaction. Some of the specific problems i encountered include: - slow performance of all amenities, including the smart tv, which was unresponsive and frustrating to use. - insufficient water pressure in the bathroom, making it difficult to take a comfortable shower. - slow-moving ceiling fan, which did not provide adequate circulation. - extremely noisy air conditioner, which made it challenging to sleep. Furthermore, the minimum temperature setting of 24 degrees was not sufficient to maintain a comfortable room temperature. Moreover, i was disappointed with the service i received from the receptionist, an elderly male staff member. I found him to be unresponsive and unprofessional, which added to my frustration. Only positive thing is that, the person who served dinner and breakfast was awesome. Overall, my stay at your hotel was not a happy experience.

I stayed here for a single day with my family. I was bit hesitant initially whether to stay this far from airport, but it turned out to be a very good decision. The hospitality of mr. Arun was very good and the rooms were very clean. I recommend this place if folks want to visit athirappilly waterfall while going to munnar.

Not suitable for family. Such a worst experience ever. We have stayed there for one day. No one was there in reception. Even if its a new property, rooms were not neat and clean, but there is lack of maintenance. There were flies & lizards inside the room. We have faced power failure for more than 5 times, ac was not working that time. And food was so pathetic. Breakfast was included in our package & we reached restaurant after 9. 30 am. Still we had to wait for the breakfast & the menu(dosa, sambar & omlet) was also not worth as per the amount we have paid. Guests were not treated well. No proper mangement.
