Loved the place. Really old villa but nicely maintained. The place is just 200mtrs to the beach or maybe less and situated next to bogmallo beach resort the caretaker is good, and the host is outstanding. Comfortable and affordable. Stay. Would love to come back

This is a nice cute cottage in an old building, probably from the 1700s, where the ancestors of the current owners lived. It has four bedrooms, each with 2-3 beds. The building is brightly painted, and the rooms are adequately furnished. The entire space is very clean. There is some common space for sitting, dining, a washing machine and a kitchen. What we loved the most about the guest house is the open space around the building and a porch (common area, where you can relax. The caretaker naresh has been quite helpful, though not very forthcoming. He prepared a wholesome breakfast. However, as we were only two of us, it was not possible for him to provide a home-cooked dinner that we were very much looking for (rather than restaurant food - for which there are quite a few options around.

The villa has a rustic old world charm along with all the modern amenities. The location is superb with the beach located less than a minute of walking distance. The care taker was also very helpful. Taxi for sightseeing are also available ( via care taker as well as just out side the villa.

Small cottage, stayed there as flight was postponed, very near to the airport. Cottage care taker mr naresh was helpful. Rooms were clean.

They have provided excellent breakfast in the morning. We enjoyed the breakfast made by the caretaker.

It's a renovated bungalow, peaceful and cozy, just 100 meter from beautiful Bogmalo Beach, a different experience all together, must visit.

Seascape cottage is very nice and peaceful place to stay. Facilities here are very good. But the Bogmalo Beach is not very beautiful.

It was a pleasant stay at cottage. Food is really awesome. Recommend to stay in here and enjoy Goa.

Had an excellent stay. Very clean and spacious room with all amenities. Clean bathroom with 24 hours hot and cold water. Walking distance to Bagmola Beach. Highly recommend for couples and family stay.

The stay was very good and location wise also, the property is convenient to reach easily. Staff service and the facilities were quite good. Neat and clean property with very good security. Very nice room and well maintained.

The villa is good and the resepsonist is very helpful. The villa is near Bogmalo beach.

Everything was good except for the swimming pool, that was not in the working condition.
