Hello sir. You never checked in . Your friend has booked this place and you dint like a homestay, you were expecting a full hotel. You just entered the gate and dint even enter inside the house. If your friend has misinformed you please don't take it out on my place. I have video proof of you never entering. Animals would behave better and not tell lies.

groupLoved the place. Really old villa but nicely maintained. The place is just 200mtrs to the beach or maybe less and situated next to bogmallo beach resort the caretaker is good, and the host is outstanding. Comfortable and affordable. Stay. Would love to come back

A nice cute cottage close to the beach

coupleThis is a nice cute cottage in an old building, probably from the 1700s, where the ancestors of the current owners lived. It has four bedrooms, each with 2-3 beds. The building is brightly painted, and the rooms are adequately furnished. The entire space is very clean. There is some common space for sitting, dining, a washing machine and a kitchen. What we loved the most about the guest house is the open space around the building and a porch (common area, where you can relax. The caretaker naresh has been quite helpful, though not very forthcoming. He prepared a wholesome breakfast. However, as we were only two of us, it was not possible for him to provide a home-cooked dinner that we were very much looking for (rather than restaurant food - for which there are quite a few options around.

The villa has a rustic old world charm along with all the modern amenities. The location is superb with the beach located less than a minute of walking distance. The care taker was also very helpful. Taxi for sightseeing are also available ( via care taker as well as just out side the villa.

Small cottage, stayed there as flight was postponed, very near to the airport. Cottage care taker mr naresh was helpful. Rooms were clean.

Hello sir. We are sorry to See that you were disappointed with your stay. After seeing this review, my staff immediately called you up to enquire about where we went wrong and ways to improve. Sir, with full honesty, we were disappointed with the phone call. You can't expect fish items to be made available for breakfast. My caretaker asked you what you would like and made breakfast according to your demands. Also you were pleased with your stay and you stayed an extra full day with us. Over the phone you had no complaints about the facilities on offer but your review says otherwise. We are a budget homestay and we list out all facilities provided. Our prices are the most competitive in that area. We will however still try to improve and maybe better explain in our description that breakfast will not include fish options. Thank you

It's a renovated bungalow, peaceful and cozy, just 100 meter from beautiful Bogmalo Beach, a different experience all together, must visit.
