Good location, but the garden view huts are not in the same location. it's the opposite side of the main hotel. and food quality is not so good.

food in the restaurant is good but the hotel is very bad no fridge, Ac was not working. staff was very rude first.

Disappointing Stay – No Working AC! I recently stayed at seascape by sand sapphire and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The biggest issue? The air conditioning in our cottage was completely not cooling and after few minutes something got blown from the AC and we could smell something burning inside, we informed the hotel staff, he managed to get the AC repair done but after three hours again, it was not cooling. The heat was unbearable, making it impossible to relax or get a good night’s sleep. To make matters worse, the resort did not offer any alternative solutions, such as a room change . For the price we paid, this level of service was unacceptable. The location and surroundings may be nice, but if you can’t provide basic comfort, what’s the point? I would not recommend staying here unless you’re willing to risk being stuck in a hot and uncomfortable room. Definitely not worth the money!

The property location was very nice, we opted for a garden view room which was just behind the seaview property layout. The food quality was fantastic and the staff was also humble, co-operative. We faced frequent power cuts, however, they have a back up system but power cuts are two often which may really bother you during night. Bathroom fixtures and fittings really need an upgrade. Overall good experience

The property location n supporting staff were too excellent, we had a great stay and the best view from your cottage. suggest everyone to visit for best relaxation n get out of our busy schedule works

Wonderful beach and sunset view cottages, exclusive beach access, candle light dinner right at beach front and good food.

stay was wonderful..food was very amazing...my child also liked it.. service is very good ,staff was very polite and attentive.. amenities I think have little room for improvement.. neighbouring room noise can disturb you...otherwise good location and sea view...very clean room...

We stayed for one night, and the power went out for about two hours during the night. They don't serve food items to the room.

The rooms allotted on the 1st day were very pathetic and especially the attitude of the owner was very arrogant. 1. There was just one charging point in the room. 2. There was no space between the bed and the washroom. 3. The condition of the washroom was very horrible. 4. The commode and toilet seat was very bad. 5. Leakage in flush 6. Cloth hanging rods were full of rust. Overall the stay was pathetic and unhygienic.

The stay at seascape by sapphire was wonderful. Helpful and polite staffs with very good and prompt service and good food. With a lovely sea view restaurant and direct access to the agonda beach from the resort. Will definitely come back again.

It was my worst experience in my journey till today. The room they provided was not at all cleaned and not changed the bed spray no toiletries foot mat etc after requesting one by one finally able get those things and bathroom was much dirty with bad smell i requested to change the room which they failed to do that also and promised to change next day finally they never changed and no cleaning also done in the next day even after paying 14k not at all satisfied till today this is my worst stay ever had please try to satisfy the customer and do the arrangements before they arrive.

We stayed in their garden view villas. The room was extremely hygienic. The staff is very cooperative and sweet. The food is little expensive but extremely tasty. Overall an amazing experience. Will wish to come over and over again

Stay was very peaceful and safe, the rooms were clean and tidy. The caretakers in the property were very helpful.

I would never recommend this property anyone. The whole management is pathetic
