Review Of Sea Side Homestay | Rooms & Wi-Fi

Rooms are very small size and toilet not much cleaned, hosting not co operative. Pros -feeling safe for families. -just 200 metre from payyambalam beach, -shared dining room available.

Good stay close to beach, neat and clean room.

Wifi not working in rooms; room not cleaned before use; cockroaches in bathroom; synthetic bedding; water ran out on last day; no cupboard or wardrobe in room; no armchair or desk very expensive. Better to pay same price at a hotel and have better room and facilities.

Enjoyed our stay at here. Mr. Chittaranjan is nice and cordial person.

Just about 2 min walk to the beach this home stay is very well maintained, the host is very helpful in suggesting places of interest nearby.

This homestay's details are incorrect. Firstly, this is not a beach facing as advertised by MakeMyTrip or location provided by Google Maps. It's at least 500 meters away from Payambalam beach. Since the owner doesn't understand any language apart from Malayalam, it took us more than 30 mins. to locate this place. Secondly, the amenities mentioned like TV, etc. were not available. The host mentioned that he is planning to TV soon. The host did not even provide basic items like bed sheets, towels or toiletries.
There is only 1 small hotel next to this place which closes in the afternoon. So you have to get to the city to get dinner.
