The listing neither says air conditioned nor non AC and the pic shows with ac but the booking will happen only for non AC..Inside a 2 bhk, they have two rooms, out of which one room is ac and another is non ac. The catch here is that in a 2 bhk they have kept one ac room and another non ac.. so on arrival, u will be forced to pay for ac room only..When we book on makemytrip, you see photos which show AC in room’s images. Thinking this i booked and started my journey. The hotel is way too far from the city and the entrance is horrible. When reached, i was told that i will have a to share 2 bhk with another unknown person since i booked non ac.. when i checked the website, it never said ac or non ac but it did show ac in images (image attached). Since, I had already travelled and it was late so paid 470 extra and took ac room but had to cut short my stay by a day.. the room has seepage all over the place, bathroom has major water logging, cockroaches all over and room smells like hell.. during night you get constant noise of water falling on tin shed and its impossible to sleep there..

Rooms are good, clean and neat. Descent parking space. Checkin time was 12pm. We reached there by 1pm. But the rooms are not ready until 2 pm. The heater was not installed in one of our rooms.
