The Hotel is located in a prime spot, they have Veg and Non Veg hotels separately. The view from the balcony is great. Parking Space - They have ample parking space but they are not covered

Rooms are neatly maintained. House keeping is good. Excellent location in the town . quality of food is good and timely served.

Hotel is not maintained please don’t recommend anyone very bad towels and all were smelling very low hospitality

Parking i found it very difficult, was bit noisy by people staying in other room. Room phone was not working properly. I didn't like the parking found it very difficult.

Location is middle of the town. Food also better. Separate restaurant for veg&non veg. Parking space also good

Located in entrance of the gudalur town maintained well and fan in the room was noisy food both veg and nonvveg was good nice parking space easy access from ooty road sour-rounded by many resturents

The property location is easy to access. All basic facilities are available. The only thing which can be improved is the cleanliness inside rooms and bathrooms. I will not say it was dirty but it could be better.

I booked mistakenly non-ac room which was maintained at the best and i didn't need ac as the temperature was excellent. The ambiance was also so good and no bad experience. Also had a sound sleep which everyone needs.

My room was a twin bed standard and it wa clean and nice. The reception staff was very helpful in every way possible. The parking is mad. The security staff was quite rude but to be honest they were too much cars and they could not handle it. But really thanks to the reception staff, they did a fantastic job.

Excellent hotel, very good behaviour from staff, good veg and non veg restaurants, ample parking space, ideal for families.

The property is @ the heart of the town. Neat rooms. Restaurant is close to the rooms. Separate veg & non veg restaurants. Staff is friendly. Altogether it was a good experience.

We stayed as a couple. The room is neat and hygienic. Its feel like a perfect place to stay in gudalur. The food is nice not bad. The room is very spacious
