Nice room and staffs,service is ok my stay is good. Breakfast is perfect. Property is in the prime location.

It was the worst experience ever. The rooms were very bad and had a very bad smell. We had to pay extra for no absolute reason. They just take money with very poor Service. Would never recommend this hotel.

No hot water facility

Infrastructure not maintained properly. Basic requirements like hot water for bathing not available at the property!

Property is located on the main road, bit away from city. So ambience was serene. Room and washroom were cleanly maintained. Receptionist was very polite and helped locating the place we want to go. Food was good. They suggested the best option for the food. Last day there was some issue with ac and they tried to fix it, but couldn't do. Other than that overall stay was pleasant and would recommend this place.

The rose international is ideally located on entering to welcome the travellers. The hotel is spacious, clean and comfortable. Away from the bustling streets of the town, the hotel has a nice restaurant and very cordial staff.

First of all, all the things you need are around you. The hotel sits in a very good location, you have access to everything you need. Good food and services were another optimistic feature of this hotel.

With 2 kids, parents and grand parents it was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were all extremely well mannered and helpful. The rooms are good, cleaning service is excellent. For us, the portion of dishes was quite large to what we've been usually expecting. Bear this in mind when you order. Unfortunately our kids had fallen sick on travel, and the hotel arranged for rice porridge (kanji) for them upon request. One improvement i could think of is, if the hot water could be provided in the shower (ours was a twin bed room. This isn't really a deal breaker as it may sound. Right now, their arrangement is a separate tap running hot water from their solar heating system. This might have been done intentionally to save on water. A hot shower is a good recipe for converting the space itself to sauna. We did get hot water in the evenings too, so that in itself seems to hold up. This has a bar which is well isolated from the main hotel complex. However we can make out that it's a pretty busy place, several cars coming in. My original booking was for a meet-up with my college mates and then this was of interest. That didn't work out as planned and i changed it to a family trip. Do note that the hotel doesn't seem to allow alcohol within it's premises. Alcohol is confined to the bar, which is perfect for families. Had this been with my original plan, it could have been a slight bummer.
