Dear Mr. AVIJIT
WE are shocked at the review and the ratings that you had have given to our property Sandy’s Hometay.
THE REAL REASON IS VINDICTIVENESS AS YOU THREATENED ME ON THE INTER COM THAT IF WE DON’T SERVE YOU HOT BREAKFAST at 5 a.m YOU WILL SEE ( threatened ) . WHICH WAS A THREAT . GIVEN TO A LADY.
In fact the day you arrived late afternoon we showed you the brochures in each room , requested you to read the Menu for timings for breakfast lunch and dinner and also told you that the kitchen starts at 7 a.m. you knew very well that you have booked a home stay BED AND BREAKFAST AND NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL , AND HOMESTAYS DO NOT HAVE RESTURANTS , BUT WE DO HAVE SNACKS MENU .
anyway we asked you if you would like to have dinner you said “yes”. You ordred thalis for every body and went out and came back at 12.30. midnight. Where os it is clearly written in the brochure that the last check /entry in time is 10 , but we do allow by 11 , on request, you came at 12.30 and said you had already eaten , although it was way past dinner time, which is 10 p.m. AND OUR FOOD GOT WASTED , WE DIDN’T CHARGE YOU .
YOU HAVE GIVEN A BAD RATING OF FOOD QUALITY WITHOUT EVEN TASTING.
Anyway even in A 5 star hotel they have timings for complimentary breakfast and one can order room service before or after , but you wanted to leave at 6 a.m and wanted hot free breakfast at 5 a.m to which we had suggested the previous day that we shall not Charge but you since you have a dedicated kitchenne/ pantry with Toaster, microwave , electric kettle , with free tea coffee facility , and we can provide you with bread butter jam and condiments along with milk , cereal etc, at night FREE OF COST for morning as there is refrigerator in very and staff would not be available to cook hot breakfast at 5 a.m. you said you would let us know but you didn’t , then at 5 a.m you call us on the intercom and ask for free hot breakfast which was not possiv=ble , but we were still ready to quickly do up buttwr toast etc , to which you did agree and started threatening .
REGARDING, LOCATION AGAIN YOU HAVE GIVEN A BAD RATING

LET me remind you that you went walking to the market to eat which is only 5 minutes walking distance , we are 3.1 k.m from the Airport
We are 5 minutes drive from the railway station
AND WE ARE IN THE POSHEST COLONY OF JAMMU
REGARDING THE STAFF
THE CARETAKER HAS BEEN FOR THE LAST 25 YEARS THE OTHER STAFF ALSO AND DO THEIR BEST TO LOOK AFETER THE GUESTS
CHECK IN EXPERIENCE
BEFORE WE COULD CHECK YOU ALL IN YOU GOT THE ROOMS OPENED RAISED URGENCY ABOUT THEAIRCONDITIONERS AND TV, , WE HAD TO GO TO EACH ROOM TO GRT YOU ID’S AND SIGNATURES WHICH NEVER HAPPENS ,
WIFI 2 WIFI CONNECTIONS
we have plenty of fast wifi connections 4g and 5g , which you asked for before checking in and we gave it to you and made sure you were connected.
FACILITIES, ( YOU HAVE GIVEN 2 STARS ON THE BELOW FACILIRIES , WHICH IS SHOCKING)
We have dedicated kitchenette for the guests , with microwave oven, free tea kettle coffe facility , all kinds of utensils , , TV , TATA SKY , REFRIGRTERATIOR , FRESH LINNESN , TOWELS , TOELRTRIES , GYESERS , CUPBOAURDS WITH HANGERS IN EVERY ROOM . LOCK FACILIRIES, INTERCOM. IRON AND ALSO PAID LAUNDRY FACILITIES
CLEANLINESS ,
THE ROOMS ARE CLEANED EVERY DAY UNLESS TGE GUESTS REFUSE RO GET THEM CLEANED
THIS IS NOTHING ELSE BUT VIDICTIVENESS BECAUSE WE COULD NOT PRIVIDE YOU HOT FREE BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING AT 5 A.M . ALTHOUGH WE TRIED TO DO OUR BEST TO ORGANISE
VALUE FOR MONEY
YOU EXPECT A FIVE STAR HOTEL LIKE HYAT OR TAJ where the room tariff is around RS 10-15000 - and what we recived out of your booking for 2 rooms was only RS 3890.27/ we do not know how much you paid but what we we received was pea nuts according tour facilities and serrvice
