Rooms are good. Bed was very small Less than 6ft. Staff was good.

Very well behaved staff , specially Vishal and Sahil both as receptionist...very helping nature .....very nice play to stay

I have a good experience in Jammu It's near Jammu railway station It's a really good and affordable stay, if you want a comfortable stay please visit hotel shri amarnath.

The staff was not supporting me writ my queries related to the cancellation of hotel.

Troom's atmosphere is not good, same food repeated in lunch and dinner.

Food is good but room is not ok. Cleaning is not good enough.

Request you to pols improve the food quality

Near to Jammutawi Railway Station but not for family stay hotel.

They charge too much per day and this is only for the dirty room whose bedsheets are not clean, no slippers are provided, expecting toiletries is too much. The bucket in the washroom is not clean and stinky and to add on to this the bed has bed bugs. We were not able to sleep whole night and got allergy also. When opted for early check-in, still half days extra payment was charged. Rooms are just not cleaned and the staff is lethargic.

We were looking for a stay near railway station so booked this room. But the rooms were average and food quality is also poor. I have booked this room 7 days ago but it was disappointed that the hotel not being informed. The only thing good was they have allowed one hour early check inn.

Management is poor. Not understanding customer problems.

Very near to railway-station but rooms are very cozy, towels given are very cheap, no toiletries. Kitchen opens at 6:30 am in morning, so the passengers board out in early morning to catch their respective trains can't get their breakfast or even bed tea.
