Not worth the money. Food was not available.

hotel is near the beach and good access to local market and beach is at a walking distance. rooms were clean and overall stay was comfortable.

Rooms and washrooms are neat. Car parking is available, but for limited cars upto 4 cars at a time. Rooms are about 10+, so at times parking is a little issue. No restaurant or breakfast options included. However there are many breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available in nearby restaurants in about 200 mts walkable distance. Beach is nearby about 500 mts from hotel. Overall good budget stay.

The property is situated very close to Palolem beach which was a bonus point. The accommodation provided within the budget was very good. All basic amenities were included.

Receptionist was very helpful, do not have in room refrigerator, rooms are very noisy in rainy season. Altogether good stay only sound was the issue

We enjoyed the staycation specially the location and nearness to all the beaches nearby, property was near and clean. One drawback to mention was that they had the exact same breakfast spread for 2 consecutive days which could be improved

I stayed at Sand tent Palolem, from 23rd July to 26th July and I am very much satisfied. Host Manjay is excellent and always takes care of the guest. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Property is good and comfortable looking towards the price and with better facilities and staff is also very co operative.

I stayed in last week of may which was like off season starting. Property is okay and not cared in great way. Sound from one rooms passes to another room easily which may be difficult for few people to tolerate. Manjay the care taker is extremely helful and a supportive guy. Hotel just had 2 people Manjay and the room cleaning lady. Parking is a challange in that place as coconuts tree are there and few neighbours around that hotel has issue with visitor’s car. Hotel don’t have a kitchen so you have to order food and tea from other restaurants. Rest, if you can ignore all those and a budget traveler then it’s okay.
