It is good for pilgrimage.Customer service telephone number is to be displayed. Power on ,off. with key insert control is to be repaired. Tata play service in TV is good. Car parking facility id available. Cleanliness is good.

I traveled to Melmaruvathur for a wedding with my family. For a day's stay, the hotel is decent. Pros: Good car parking Located very near to main road Cons: The bed condition was okayish. Restroom cleanliness is pretty average No toiletries and water bottle provided

No WiFi for guests, it's only for office use. There are no Towels, bedsheets and vanity kit. Not value for money

Horrible Experience
Worst experience. Disconnected telephone. so I could not contact the reception for any room service. No night lamp. Only after raising complaints, hotel provided soap, window AC remote and torn towel. No provision for any food or tea or water supply. TV size is too small (< 32"). Old building with mossaic floors. Please do not tie up with this hotel. I already raised the complaints during my stay and after stay with photos. Pl consider issuing refund.

Not a good property for family stay.
We booked with complimentary breakfast through your (MMT) booking but they couldn't provide the breakfast. all basic needs to be asked one by one to provide to the reception. Very poor service and cleanliness. Not worth for the amount for 3 occupancy and spacious for 3 occupancies. If you put extra bed, then noone can walk in the room.

Average Stay
Rooms are average. Bathrooms are not clean, very poor in fact. The room staff behaved well, no concerns with them. The parking area, waiting areas are all good. Commuting is also easier, walkable distance from the temple and bustand.

Terrible Stay
familyVery very terrible experience, no proper toilets, no proper water in toilets, no hot water, broken doors with broken electricals, no drinking water, ac is window ac almost 15 years old, no proper cooling, booked premieum room with ac with breakfast, no breakfast also. Guys do not ever book this. Each and every step very much horrible and terrible experience.

Rooms are very pale & dirty. Breakfast charged 350 rupees but 4 idly only provided. Don't include breakfast avoid family staying

They asked all the details from us even the number of persons how many rooms and days. Not even provided drinking water while entering the property.
