Review Of SMJ GRAND HOTEL - MELMARUVATHUR

We came to know the property in MakeMyTrip. We had a great staying experience at SMJ with great amenities, peaceful environments and greeny setup ,so neat and clear. Services are good and polite service people. Surely Recommended to stay😊

There was no hot water, geyser, proper ventilation on non AC rooms but description it mentioned everything Also it was clean, room was suffocating 2000 for no basic needs is a rip off

location is good, but does not provide food also the hotel next to the stay was very poor. need to call them several times to provide any service like hot water to drink and also blankets etc etc.

As a family of 3 adults we were on a pilgrimage to this part of Maduranthagam and were impressed with the type of room to suit 3 and it's facilities including safe car parking Would recommend to such groups to choose this place

There is no Garden, Restaurant or cafe in the property. Family room was decent, that's all.

Worst room,the room photos were really good but i saw the room totally different. Toilet not cleaning. No towel & no water bottle in the room. Plush not working. I have stayed at many hotels in my life it's the worst hotel.

Smj grand hotel is not a good hotel no washbasin inside the toilet bedsheets isnotwashed properly not a suitable hotel for family

Rooms are good, clean. At main Highway. I didn't try food. But 2 Coffee cost ₹80/-. Not that much good.

Hotel is 4 km from the temple they allotted 202 room with no window for fresh air the room was very very dirty with blood stains on the walls not cleaned horrible experience the hotel demand for rs800 extra we paid rs 500 for so called up guarded better ac room which is also not maintained for rs 1700 the room is big scam overall very very bad experience. We check in at 8. 15 and check out at 6 am thank you. We check in at 8. 15 pm 18th august 2023 and check out at 6 am 19th august 2023 thank you

Hotel name is smj grand, but hotel parking place not proper, driver facility not there, food sevice not in time, room water so hard and overall not ok, money value not worthy.

Near to melmaruvathur temple. Family room is really big & comfortable. Big & clean wash rooms. Good hospitality

They don’t respect customer when we visit. They made us wait to check in to room. Though i showed on type of room i booked but executive said he will have not to be able to give tat room. Lot of difficult to make them understand

With very limited option in melmaruvattur. Stay was comfortable. Ac had some trouble coudnt select desired temperature. Other-than than everything was plea-sent
