Neet and clean Good location Very nice foods friendly hotel staff

Room was not ready even when we reach in the evening and also called them 2 hr before arrival.

this property is located close to mysore zoo, palace and other tourist places , neat and clean stay overall decent stay at n this price

No proper response, the receptionist said no rooms when we asked him first but later he was shocked to see that I got Executive room as he was trying to give it for. Even for car parking they did not open the gate till morning. Even for mineral water they charge extra where as the package includes mineral water as well

The best part of the stay was its location, perfect for getting around key attractions of Mysuru. The attached food court is also good with all varieties and good taste.

Location is good. Food options are good too. Amenities and service are very very poor. I have booked AC Room, but AC remote not available, we need to ask them and it was provided after 30 mins. TV was there, but no remote provided. Anyhow from the another room (where my parents were there) I took it. I booked Queen size double bed room, but WTF with the management of this hotel, they provided two single beds joined together and there was separate mattresses as well. Entire night we was very terrible. For the water bottle, they took around 45 mins to provide it to me. At the checkout, once I give the keys to them - I asked them to give one water bottle - they said I have to purchase from outside. Now they can't provide. For the bathing soap and shampoo, I told them that you have not kept in the bathroom - they were claiming that they have put. I have to ask them to check my bathroom with their own eyes and confirm. Towels were not kept, in the morning I asked and it was provided after almost 30 mins. Very very disappointing service.

Food is good and service is also good location is very very near to Mysore palace walkable distance peace environment

When reached there - even fully paid reserved confirmed - they said no rooms. Asked me to cancel then they gave room which are different then what we paid for ! no soap, tea like satchet etc

It was very bad experience bed was too small in size to sleep 2 adults and 1 child. Bathroom was smelling bad. Extra mattress was charged ₹500 that’s too high as compared to room services and stay quality

Internet was not working (Wi-Fi) Staffs were cooperative, but not upto the level.

Only size of bathroom is bigger but smells very bad. Size of bed is too small to sleep 2 person and 1 kid. Fan runs either on speed 1 or 5 regulator was faulty. Charge of extra mattress is high

I need individual bill

The room was neat and location also good. The AC was not working , when requested to change the room.. took lot of time want to follow up multiple times. The room is too small and no chair was there. And even TV remote is not working and requested to change but no response. And worst part is the no knows english or any other language other than Kannada. It was very difficult to convey anything the room boys.

I had booked 2 rooms for 1 day initially. Then extended to 2 more days. Rooms were good. Just below the hotel the restaurant also serves good veg food. The hotel is situated at prime location. Zoo aquarium and palace are all nearby.

average stay, the room we stayed shower wasn't working, bath towels and bed sheets also was dirty and while ordering the food from restaurant attached to hotel they served food without covering the food despite informing at restaurant there was no use it was served as it is and resturant people dont attend the calls so for every order we should call the reception for placing order, totally disappointed.

Excellent hotel , Nice ambience , very neat and clean, well maintained Animals, room service from pure veg hotel on same building also available , overall a very nice experience

It was a good experience when I visit the property last time. But now very bad service , cleanliness, Damaged Towels, dirty bedsheets, etc informed the respective people but response was very delayed. The mentioned amenities features not providing this property. Very Bad

We were disappointed with our recent stay ,Despite having high expectations, our experience fell short in several areas: - Drinking Water was not available for a significant part of our stay. - The AC was not working, making the room uncomfortable. - Cleaning was not up to the mark, with dust and dirt noticeable in various areas. - The bed sheet was very dirty, which was quite unpleasant. Given the issues we faced, we would not recommend this hotel to others without significant improvements in their services and maintenance.
