avoidable at one corner of Airoli entry is questionable hopeless breakfast old house, old construction rooms shabby bathrooms

Room size was very small. No space to move within the room bed occupied the complete space.

Room was not good as per the rate, having disturbance and sound of downside hall till midnight

The hotel and staff are ok, they don't provide toilet toiletries. Iron and basic facilities not available. No personal locker food is poor

Room is big but wash room is very small and it is not maintained well

hotel booked with swimming pool but once we reached here we got to know that has been on another property not in hotel premises and that also on additional separate charge basis. landline phone issue, washroom shower issue, not a single complementary kit given neither a water bottles.

Room size 100sqft well compacted prime location in airoli charged 500 extra for earlier stay 9am only lift no stair in case of emergency evacuation

Location was easy to find. As it's 10 minutes from airoli station. The place was clean just the room was a lil small. Overall a pleasant stay.

Staff and food are good and room interior and service is best

So we went to the hotel & that guy was surprised first that he did t had any information regarding our booking, then after watching mail he has come up with statements that he didn’t get paid from your side then he happened to send us at station road hotel, he said apka booking wala hai, so we went to that hotel where we showed him the booking of 3 people, he said room is too small for 3 people, i said how can you take booking for 3 people, then he asked for 500 rs extra for bed down on the floor but room was too small so he gave 1 bad sheet & pillow for free to sleep over all if there is any loophole between you & hotel people why client has to suffer, please improve it
