I stayed at Hotel River Palace for a night, and overall, my experience was average. If you’re looking for a quick overnight stay without expecting much in terms of luxury or amenities, this hotel might suit your needs — but it does come with a few compromises. Room & Cleanliness: The room itself was quite small, with limited space to move around comfortably. It was clean to an extent, but the bedsheet had visible stains, which was disappointing. The towels provided were of poor quality — thin and slightly worn out — although still usable. These small hygiene lapses made the stay feel a bit underwhelming in terms of comfort. Service: The staff service was okay, not particularly warm or prompt, but they did respond when approached. There was no proactive hospitality, but for a budget stay, the service level was acceptable. Location: The location was decent, neither too remote nor especially central. It’s accessible enough if you’re traveling through and need a night’s rest, but don’t expect scenic views or nearby attractions. Value for Money: For night, the hotel offers basic accommodation. It's an Average property

My experience at the hotel was both comfortable and memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and ensured a smooth check-in process. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a working desk, and a modern bathroom. Housekeeping maintained the room daily with great attention to detail. The in-house restaurant offered a variety of delicious meals, catering to different tastes. The location was convenient, close to major attractions and transport.

Ok , the rooms are a bit small in Sqft , but I must say , everything which are kept Inside the room was of high average standard , the washroom is spic - and - span , and placed very prominently , located wise . The staff were very cordial and helpful, and it’s right under ones budget of ₹1******/-

Good staff was polite and humble .clean rooms. may visit again if required to travel. only thing is food needs to visit nearby hotels .

I was a female solo traveler, the stay was quite good, all the needed facilities were there, even if you needed something the staff was ready for quick help with politeness. The only thing is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, we need to climb stairs but if you have loads of lagage then i believe the staff will be there to help.

Room was very small whereas i had paid for king size bed. Staff was very very rude and had a very attitude while talking with my husband

We had an absolutely amazing time a tRegenta SGS Greenotel - Lonavala, The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Checkin was smooth. Room is clean and overall in good condition. This is by far best room in this price point. Services are also good.
