Terrible Stay
The room was very small. The AC was not working; and there was water leakage from it. Even though the AC was off, water was getting leaked. Also, as initially described in the room description during booking, there was no king size bed, there was no desk. Overall the room was very congested. Only 1 good point was that it was neatly maintained.

worst, not good for family and solo travellers no food amenities small room
As per price it’s worst to stay . Suffocating environment location is like in industrial area no amenities

I stayed at Hotel River Palace for a night, and overall, my experience was average. If you’re looking for a quick overnight stay without expecting much in terms of luxury or amenities, this hotel might suit your needs — but it does come with a few compromises. Room & Cleanliness: The room itself was quite small, with limited space to move around comfortably. It was clean to an extent, but the bedsheet had visible stains, which was disappointing. excellent budget hotel
Ok , the rooms are a bit small in Sqft , but I must say , everything which are kept Inside the room was of high average standard , the washroom is spic - and - span , and placed very prominently , located wise . The staff were very cordial and helpful, and it’s right under ones budget of ₹1******/-

Good Stay
I was a female solo traveler, the stay was quite good, all the needed facilities were there, even if you needed something the staff was ready for quick help with politeness. The only thing is that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, we need to climb stairs but if you have loads of lagage then i believe the staff will be there to help.

We had an absolutely amazing time a tRegenta SGS Greenotel - Lonavala, The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.
