No lift My room was on 3rd floor Even after reaching there door was not opened.I have to call reception from my mobile to get it open Breakfast was pathetic and not good

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel from April 18 to April 20. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable our room was. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. The amenities were great, Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit. Highly recommended!

The hotel is overpriced by makemytrip. Actual rate not even half. Service is pathetic by the hotel staff.

We had a comfortable stay. The only problem was there was no lift. Service was good and nexus seawood mall is walkable distance.

Only the location is good of this property, nothing is maintained. Paint if falling, bathroom doesn't have a mirror, water doesn't come from the shower. Overall not a pleasant stay.
