the stay was great, food was average but they allow zomato and other online food platform to order even they bring that order to your room beverage wise they are good and other services were also good location was outer in middle of industrial area but uber and rapido you can get easily with in few minutes

Dear MakeMyTrip Team, This stay was booked for my guests, Mr. Vikrant and Mr. Aniruddha. On the second day of their stay, while they were sleeping, an unfortunate and unacceptable incident occurred. A slab fell on them, causing injuries to my guest. We find this extremely shocking and disappointing, as such negligence compromises the safety and comfort of guests. This incident has not only hurt our guests physically but has also caused us deep embarrassment as a company, since we had trusted the property and service quality provided through your platform. We will be sharing the relevant videos and photos as evidence for your immediate review. We request you to take urgent action against this property and ensure such incidents do not happen to any other guest in the future. Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution.

I found this property online in Make My Trip. Location of the property is surrounded with transport godown. Lot of noises in the night time.

Nice and comfortable place. Foods is very good there in house restaurant available.Tv was not working service also good. Food is very good 👌 it is worth it, location also easily accessible near by station. Rooms was also clean service also very good. perfect for family and couples

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Megh Residency. From the moment we arrived, the staff were courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was seamless, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary upgrade to a beautifully appointed room with a city view. The room itself was spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed—with plush bedding, modern amenities, and plenty of natural light. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the space throughout our stay, always respecting our privacy. The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus for both work and leisure. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel’s breakfast buffet—fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. The on-site restaurant also impressed us with its creative menu and great service.

While the location is a little odd it was more than made up by the care they took of my wife and me. Place is clean and good, tasty food was provided. We were treated like honored family guests. Very happy with their service

I have a bad stay in megha residency where the staff was not so responsible towards the customers. There was a delayed service at megha residency. The rooms were clean but it was conjusted to live in.

The hotel is near to industrial zone and transport currier however it is not displaying in anwhere they did not provide me bill with gst as it is official visit bill is mandatory first day they deny for breakfast saying its late, next day said it’s not included after verification agree to give last as time is 7-10 last day they said we don’t provide it before 8:30 altimately i have checkout and left, the food is wort condition they don’t have any canteen facilities not place to seat and take food as per booking it should be dayning table but its coffee table the is no chair in room to seat and take food or tea how while booking it was there in pic the description is in booking time is not matching with actual booking the have give std room however booking was for premium room
