Room wasn’t clean. Toilet was stinky. Rude staff. They gave my room to some other person and asked me to go to another hotel of the same owner without accompanying me at night. I had to struggle fonding that hotel alone at night.

Never going to suggest anyone this property. Pathetic service, rooms were really in a bad condition, bedcover and pillow covers were really shabby. Above all, the receptionist was very rude.

Nice An d Clean Ambience,Neat & Tidy Room,Wanna go shopping then just 5 minutes walk to Sahara Mall,And for evening high tea or snacks lots of tast n good street foods just opposite to the hotel.Helpfull staffs & Receptionist .always active and ready to help . Fully Recommended To Anyone 💯.

It was a poor stay. laundry was not clean when asked to change they said this what we have. bathroom taps and washbasin were too old and leaking. Overall poor stay.

I had an absolutely horrible stay at Imperial Green Hotel. The services are really, really bad. Every single morning, I had to wake up the hotel guy who was literally sleeping in front of the reception just to tell him that there was no water in the bathroom. Only then would he start the motor, which took another 30 minutes just to get water to the rooms. The rooms themselves were dirty and poorly maintained. The linens looked like they hadn’t been changed in days – stained and smelling bad. The walls were filthy with peeling paint and marks all over them. It was like staying in an abandoned building rather than a hotel. Overall, this place is a complete disaster and should not be in the hospitality business. Save yourself the frustration and stay anywhere else. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

Didn't stay at property. Property owner denied ac and tv in room. Also threatened that he is an advocate in supreme court and will not entertain any greviences aswell. Need refund.
