Had an amazing stay at a beautiful, well-maintained villa in Karjat. The property is huge, faces the hills, and comes with everything you need — a games room, study room, private pool, and stunning views all around. What made it even better? An in-house chef who cooked delicious meals that made us feel truly pampered. Perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy quality time with friends or family. Highly recommended!

We went as a group of office friends. First time came across poor management by saffron stays, usually my experience was better with them. Saffron stays literally harassed us when we checked in till the time we checked out. For things like eating our home made food in villa, electricity outage by caretakers (in afternoon when AC was required the most, it was cut out most of the time. When we chased they started and after 10 mins again they cut off, this happened multiple times in afternoon). No attention of care takers throughout our stay (as per saffron stay due to no revenue was generating during our stay, since we came with our home cooked food, though they charged us extra 2,000 rs for just to eat in their plates) And in the most bizarre fashion they have cut off the electricity at 10 AM in the next morning, so we should to check out early. No access to swimming pool post 10 PM, Not sure why any one books private villa. So, they can enjoy amenities at any point in time. We have literally suffered here after paying premium price. Never visiting here back for sure.

We had a fire incident in the property due to a short circuit. The staff was not trained for such emergencies. Had we not realised in time, it could have been a major crisis, could have resulted in fatalities

The property was located in a quiet and peaceful place, with spacious and well maintained rooms, swimming pool and indoor games. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious. Would recommend for small company retreats.
