Royal River Farm

Worst staycation ever! The rooms will not clean at all....dirty towels, tissue in the washroom, floors and what not! asked us to pay for water bottles as well which should have been included in the room tariff. We had to waste our time after checking in at 4 for them to clean the rooms! The property is saved only bcoz of the river touching pool else the hospitality and the customer service is pathetic! THEY DONT HAVE MENU ONLY BUFFET SERVICES WHICH MADE US MORE ANGRY ON A FRIDAY EVENING WE HAD ONLY STUFFED PARATHA AND KADHI AS OPTION! Also "OUTSIDE FOOD" is not allowed. PATHETIC!

Disappointed stay The food was not good, hospitality was poor, not maintained hygiene. Towels were dirty and not replaced with fresh ones. The walls were leaking water, the floor was constantly wet and even after requesting cleaning, it wasn't Done properly. Worst of all, the pillows had mold and we had to ask for replacements. Suggestions for MMT: Please recheck your star ratings. MMT showing it 4 Stars but it's standard is not of 2 star also.

Stay is very good, property is River touch and feels serene. Rooms are clean and good. Swimming pool is very good. Only the amount per head for food seems high, considering the quality and spread they provide (Specially breakfast was limited items). No Ala-carte available. Couple of staffs are rude. overall stay was good.

My recent stay at the Royal River Farm Karjat was absolutely fantastic! The location is breathtaking, amenity we enjoyed Swimming Pool, Indoor Games and restaurant with delicious food. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and pampered. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a beautiful view. From the moment I arrived, I felt relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exploring a nature.

only stay is too costly for and indoor games is available but not maintained also if big group is came at hotel for stay as per they request they made food..food choice is not available at hotel..overall not suggesting for stay

The location is extremely good, the food was excellent, amenities and services are also good with polite and supportive staff

Very nice and green property swimming pool was also really good. Food cooked by the caretakers of the property was really excellent

Very good place, it was an awesome experience and the place is really very good. The river flows just beside the property and the food ie also good.

I recently stayed at royal river form. The location is perfect, beautiful stunning riverview, peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Rooms were spacious, clean & well decorated with cozy king size bed. The housekeeping staff ensured the room was spotless. Good swimming pool with large space available which feels comfortable. The on-site restaurant food was not up to the expectation. The staff behaviour was rude and did not make us feel happy. Overall experience is good. I would highly recommend for stay but not for food or other facility.

a perfect s. suitable for small kids. river rafting kayak and zipline activity available near by. great family getaway. peaceful quite. homely food. supportive staff. clean. lobed it. do come here especially for the view! since they do not have kid friendly menues if ur child does not eat regular indian food. do pack some things to make. otherwise it's 👌

The rooms were not clean. No water provided. No umbrellas provided outside the room. No proper wifi. Food was avg. For the price we paid the room had no breakfast included which is disappointing. Not worth the money we paid.

Very terrible stay zero service and they also tried to scam us and they have register and they take zero documents from the guests which is very risky for everyone who is coming for the stay

Think twice before booking this property. I had booked cottage room for one night stay. Pros: 1. There is no reception at the property, they have only caretakers who are not at all professional. 2. At arrival they didn't even check our booking confirmation, directly we were shown the room. 3. The room was very basic with 2 large beds which can accommodate 4-5 people easily. There were small cockroaches near the beds and also a small lizard in bathroom. 4. They do not provide mineral water, they give 2 bottles of water which they say is aqua guard water. 5. For food it is 1600 per person with breakfast, lunch and dinner which is too high because they do not have any menu. They just prepare basis food like dal, rice, vegetable etc. There is no concept of starters here. 6. Room service for food is not available, you have to sit in restaurant area and eat which i think is not flexible at all. 7. They promised us 500 rs per person for dinner and said they can give bread butter in breakfast but in morning they denied saying that they do not have bread. Cons: the only good thing about the property is the river which is flowing. Apart from that nothing is good about the property. Overall i had a very terrible stay. This is the first time make my trip has disappointed me. I would never recommend this resort to any of my family and friends.

Food was good without any choice as there were no menu. Swimming pool was good. River attached to the resort was good. No reception area. Room was good but there are no tv & telephone in the room and even wifi was not working on the 1st day. No kids playing area.

"overall, my stay at royal river farm was quite enjoyable. The location was excellent, offering easy access to attractions and amenities. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, exceeding my expectations. However, i found the service to be somewhat lacking. There is no toothpest and they not provide 2 water bottles as complementary, while the staff was friendly, there were instances where the service was slow or not up to the mark. Despite this, i would still recommend for its comfortable accommodations and mouthwatering cuisine"

One of the best places to stay at karjat. It’s a hidden gem with a superb river view and infinity pool. Good food and big size rooms.

Food was average, no tv in room and ceiling fan was making noise consistently.

The location is beautiful right next to the river. The staff and services were nice. Great food. The host was also very cooperative.

Very spacious cottage, food is great and the view of the river and the sound of its flow makes it a perfect destination to explore

Good surroundings and nature view. I will recommend everyone should visit one time must, also good food quality
