JenJon Karjat Resort One BHK Premium Chalet

The property is located at very remote location. However, the facility is good.. We reached around 1am in night and we were charged 1000 bucks for coming late, this late fee was nowhere mentioned on the MakeMyTrip page. I didn't understand if the booking was for over night why was there a need of late coming fees.. since we reached late and had no option, we had to give.. one more thing, network is really bad.

We booked in make my trip and for 3 people we payed ₹9700 but when we reached there we got one small room in photos it was showing big rooms but in reality it's different. Swimming pool charges we have to pay extra 700

Its out of the main centre, unsafe during night, better to find some more options nearby, swiggy zomato also not working here, better options are available

Mm t should check the properties they are advertising in their portal. This is among my worst of stays and it was literally a scam where both property management (without any facilities) and mm t seems to hand in gloves. This is my last association with mm t and i cut all ties.

The chalets were good and clean. They were quite spacious. Good amount of natural lighting is there. Food was okay.

Very cofortable stay, quite and serene location away from the hustle bustle of the noise and polution, food was excellent and very good. The kitchen shud have a coffee maker etc and with the costs 2 bottles of drinking mineral per day shud have been complementary same was charged thats the basic given by every holiday home or evwn 5star hotel consideringbthe cost of the room, rest all was fine.

Every thing is chargeable except food even swimming pool is also chargeable the owner was very rude i. Which is not mentioned any where while booking but thanks to mm t they helped an taken an initiative to reimburse the charges, we can trust mm t any time

Jenjon charges irr rational fees for the property which is not worth. Swimming pool is chargeable which is not clean and worthless. Food ordered secondtime was not delivered at all. Charges for water bottle tea and swimming pool had additional gst attached which is not worth at all. A overall not at all value for money stay. Very less amminities. Better to check other places then jenjon property.

Owner is very rude to guests.
