Terrible Experience with no safety

We stayed at Bollywood Villa for just one night, and it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. There was a large group of drunk men who played loud music throughout the night and even knocked on our door, making us feel extremely unsafe. Despite raising our concerns with the hotel staff, they were completely indifferent and failed to take any action. The staff casually said that playing music was allowed – which we understand to an extent – but it's unacceptable when it disturbs other guests and compromises their safety. We had chosen this place for a relaxing getaway, but it turned into a nightmare. If you're considering staying here, please be aware: your safety and peace of mind are not guaranteed. We strongly do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure and peaceful stay!

The property was well maintained also the food served was best and affordable. Staff was friendly and made all the arrangements as and when required. Pool water was also clean. Overall it was a great experience 😃

Thank you for your feedback. Buy you booked for 6 people but showed up with 16-20 guests without any prior intimation. Did you expect us to provide a free stay and food for the extra people? That’s not how hotels work. On top of that, making us wait outside other hotels for 3 hours while you sorted out payment is completely unacceptable. Just because platforms allow you to leave a review doesn’t mean you can post false complaints to damage our reputation. Maybe take responsibility for your own actions instead of blaming us. We appreciate your support and hope to host you again!

The stay needs to be more accommodative so that there are no discomforts to the clients. The rest of the charging points were not working only one was working. There were no tables besides the bed for convenience to put the things for Easiness. No TV as well so that a family can enjoy their stay more comfortably. Rest things were still fine.
