Very nice place, but don't expect it to be premium. Services are good.

The property is very good, with good ambiance in the presence of nature.… I must appreciate the staff and caretaker who help us during the stay and guide us for nearby tourist spots as well as for routes… Cons.… Lights can be improved in indoor and outdoor as well in pool area.

*Property’s location- * Pros- very close to kashid beach (1.5-2 km), secluded and quiet, surrounded by nature all around, hills on 3 sides and good privacy. Cons- approach road is not for beginners, SUV would provide some relief. *Food*- Pros- extremely good South Indian and Maharashtrian dishes. Snacks like vada pav and sandwiches were nice. Breakfast was a delight. Specially sabutdana khichdi. They even allowed us to use the kitchen for our infant. Cons- expensive, wide menu and catchy in the first look but vegetarian dishes mentioned in the menu were not available. We ordered 3 paneer dishes on different days and the Paneer was extremely hard to chew or bite. Deserts were not up to the mark. *Amenities*- Pros- pool was amazing, one of the best, they even provided umbrella besides it. Beach towels available, open shower to wash beach sand also available. Ample sitting arrangements outside and inside. Good furniture and appropriate lighting available inside. Cons- lighting could be more at the swimming pool side, they can keep some table or standing fans. For waste management it was disheartening to see that they throw everything out in open and then later burn it. In fact the caretaker didn’t ask her before throwing our decor items. *Services*- Pros- Extremely helpful and polite people. Adequate staff. Punctual and respectful. Helping to serve you at all times. Cons- nil Overall- A very good stay and property if worth the rating. Needs minor improvements. Recommended

we were a group of friends and family with two kids and had an enjoyable stay at the villa. the property has a nice lawn and a fairly large swimming pool, which we used on each day of our 3 day stay. special mention of the caretakers, amit and team. they have kept the property clean and also serve their guests with tasty local cuisine. the non-vegetarians had an amazing time feasting on local chicken, fish and crab delicacies. overall, a fun vacation.

the property is excellent and very well managed. Very well managed garden and pool. The rooms are nice and cosy. The staff lead by Amit are very courteous and prepare some yummy food. The seating in the hall needs some changes. The sofas in the hall are a bit uncomfortable..

I visited this property with my family. The house is at an amazing location and well maintained. I had my pet dog with me and he enjoyed roaming around too. The pool is huge and a great place to chill out. Service and food is also great, amit who is the caretaker also is very polite and helpful. Overall a great family vacation. Thanks.

Water clogging on bathrooms, get some current on bathroom tap when touch, no extra mattress for extra pax, don’t have dental kit… Service was good though. Not a premium stay, just ordinary maintained bangalow

1The villa is perfect for 6 people but the arrangement for additional person is not worth..2.. food good though a little over priced.3The most serious issue was a member of our grp experienced a strong intensity electrical shock which the staff mentioned happened whenever the current was switched from main power to generator line . If they knew it was a regular occurrence they should have rectified it properly ..

Alma grove is a serene and quiet place with lots of greenery and beautiful views. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned. Caretakers were awfully nice and took care of everything we wanted and needed.

The stay was amazing. The villa is retro style, spacious and well maintained. The staff is very welcoming and well mannered. The beach is nearby. The property is truly pet friendly, although the fencing around the property could be better and more secure especially for the pets. The bathroom fittings could use some maintenance. But that's just very minor flaws. Overall the experience was awesome.

We had a very pleasant stay at saffron stays - alma grove, kashid. The property is well maintained and the hospitality by care taking team was very good too. Had a great time for 2 days!
