Positives: Freshly cooked food just like home. Proximity to beach ( if you have vehicle) and other amenities. Average: Staff response and availability. Negatives: Bathroom and overall cleanliness . One needs to understand that it's a homestay and not a resort.

Excellent Stay
Clean, decent, friendly, best for family and friends both. Hygienic food, simply accessible. After two visits now it's my second home for rest.

A cool stay in tranquility
We searched the property from MMT top rated resort listing. It was a cool stay in tranquility in the lap of nature, could be fabulous with bit more maintenance at the resort. There was electricity issue, which is managed well by staffs. Polite, courteous service staffs are assets of this resort. Some efforts to improve bathroom facilities would require to match the room tariffs.

all the staff was good, service was good,but being sunday evening it was empty,so in night we felt insecure since no other customers or family was there only single boy as care taker was in resort

Property is nit managed properly
Staff behavior is very good, property doesn't worth the price charged. Rooms are not well maintained. Things are managed as expected. Feels the materials are more older and expired. Need to improve the overall ambiance as this hotel is one of the expensive at that location.

My trip to kashid is excellent due to fantastic hospitality by kashid boutique resort. I stay there with my family and 4 yr daughter and all of them extremely happy with the resort management and staff. Extremely supportive and polite and stand on toes to serve us better. I would love to visit again this year.

Excellent food!
Though it's almost 2. 5 km from main beach but worth stay ! a small beach is there around 500 m from hotel. Awesome staff, very polite, very helpful. Small pool but enjoyable, v were with our 2 year old daughter but enjoyed a lot, rooms are clean, few flaws are there but still a good choice, non veg lover tell them a hour before for your food and u will get a wonderful serving of your dishes. Kaku cooks awesome !
