It was a pleasant stay, the rooms were good and spacious. Food was cooked in a home style. The owner of the property and staff were polite and always ready to address your request. Overall it's a great place to stay. The best part is the varsoli and alibaug beaches were just 10 mins away.

Av's cottage near varsoli super delux ac room

1) the room is quite adequate for 2 people, but the bed is not good in condition and bed sheets and mosquito control could have been much better 2) the ac in the room will take time to get cooled 3) no fans provided and mosquito control in the lawn area

Especially food quality I liked the most. Above all the treatment which I got from owner's family was remarkable. Seashore is very near, it's a walking distance from the Cottage. I would love to come with family and friends in future. Thank you, Av's.

It was a peaceful but not value for money stay

Perfect place for relaxation

This hotel is best place in Alibagh for couples. Place is very calm away from hustle and bustle life, city life, walkable distance to Versoli beach. Food is very delicious and home made. You can enjoy tasty sea food like prawns, fishes. Owner is very helpful and service is of good quality.

AV Cottage is a year old property. Located around 900 meter from Varsoli beach. Rooms are clean, food arranged from outside but good, host are good and you feel like home. Recommended if staying in Varsoli Alibagh. Overall pleasant stay.

Cheating very bad worst location

Very bad experience at Av's Cottage Alibaug as all the rooms are already sold out before our check in. Every disappointing. Harassed for 4 hours. Finally MakeMyTrip person Arpit help it out and give room at another hotel after 5 hours and assured us to refund the entire amount along with voucher of Rs. 2000. He is the nice guy help it out.

I have already shown that your booking was not done from our end. From our end nothing cheating like thing done. If you read my reply, you must realize that whether we hv done any cheating to you or not. It is already displayed in images about rooms and our surrounding locations, it is your mistake not judging it well. And i must tell you one thing images of rooms and surrounding locations are exactly displayed in my portale is exactly same. Furthermore if you are still thinking that it is not meeting with your expectations , we feel sorry .
