It is a unique stay. Nice cozy peaceful stay and close to Varsoli Beach. Box theme room with bathroom and with table, chair outside to chill and have food. We stayed during extreme hot weather but didn't feel the heat during the stay. It is full of green trees inside and also has a nice pool to cool off in shade. However, some may find the bathroom little claustrophobic, but that's what it is living Out Of The Box!

No TV or Refrigerator in the room but the rest of the stay was fine. Room service was good and food was fine. There was too much of fish in the air so we bought room freshner

Location is good. But rooms are too cosy and small. Arrange everything in the box. Only good thing is staff is atttentive

Hi, The hotel out of box is pathetic There is no stafff to attend There is no towels in room Everything I had to ask for It’s like thook Patti work that has been done Ridiculous service Plus the breakfast included in that too they have their thing as we are their servant Paid for this place where nothing is included in it I thought it’s a good place The pool is small and people are in it like animals It says hotel for family but it is not at all

The stay was really nice. The containers/rooms were super cozy and clean. They gave all the basic toiletries which I was not expecting. The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Amazing experience.

The stay was good. Good ambience of the place. Rooms have a different container like vibe. Pool is long and big. Staff is particularly very nice and helpful.

The place was decent, nice staff, the location was not that good but overall i had a wonderful time, the staff was very cooperative and humble. The rooms are small but well managed and can occupy 4 persons easily. There is ample space outside the room to enjoy your dinner or drinks.

Out of box is such great experience. We have enjoyed a lot simply calm n neat place where you can enjoy with your family. Music, games is too good my daughter enjoyed. The staff is too good helping a lot for any requirement.

Small room, average service, high price, not recommended.

Food was very delicious. We ordered pamphlet thali. Box concept is very nice. Swimming pool is compact but it is fine for kids to swim n play. It’s a family recommended hotel.

It was awesome staycation. Beautiful property. Near by beach. Beautiful rooms and decor with trees and flowers of outside area. Delicious foods.

The stay concept is actually out of the box. Privacy was taken care of and setup was good. Food was good. Can do better in that

The property was lovely and calm, with seating areas outside each room, a clean-looking swimming pool and greenery. The people who worked there went out of their way to help, including getting someone to come over who spoke english. They cooked food which was delicious and accommodated for my allergy, too.

We truly loved our stay in obl. The service staff is also very professional. Overall it's a wonderful experience.

Overall the stay was very good, cooperative staff, but has very limited food options basic toiletries were provided however since it was not used it had fungus grew on it and they did not change it. So basic things were not up to the mark however the vibe was very nice and the rooms and overall stay was good.

Cozy place with some indoor games and all. Food is also reasonable. Pool is clean. Best place for a weekend chill.
