Worst experience I have ever had. Hygiene very poor. The check out time for the hotel is 24hrs from booking. I had checked in night 10 o clock. They didn't allow me to stay there after 12 o clock the next day.

Overall good experience. can maintain air fragrance in rooms.

The hotel was horrible. There was no back and and electricity was going on n off for quite long period. Staffs were not accessible. Wrong decision

Very Bad. We booked A/c delux room and made the payment a week ago. When came to the reception, they didn't even know the information about booking and payment. After waiting for some time, got an AC room, an uncleaned room full of mosquito. AC remote doesn't work. I couldn't close my eyes due to mosquito Bits. So sad

The stay was good,

1. The house keeping at rafa is very poor. 2. I have spent rs 2182 for the room, means, a three star standard, but the overall standard was very poor. No hot water. No toothbrush and paste. Only single towel.

A good clean hotel for a short stay. Friendly staff. Lot os restaurants close by and walking distance to the railway station.

Cleanliness is very poor, mosquitos disturbs

The overall hygiene and standard of sofa were good.

Location and room is ok. Reception was also good. But no inhouse restaurant. We needed to take food from outside. Number of rooms are limited. Bathroom is narrow inside.

2200 rate but non ac room. Breakfast only one dosa

I got very bad experience when i stay for one day in this hotel. The room was small, poor hygiene. Bed was so smelly and dirty, i told about this to the staff they didnt care about this, they just walk away without helping. If you want a good sleep and comfortnance dont select this hotel
