Ĺocation is good.But there is no lift.First day we (myself and wife had to stay in second floor. We climbed with a lot of difficulty. Staff help is very good. But they had no choice since there were no rooms in first floor. Room was not very good. Second day they gave us Room in first floor. Room very good. But same problem of climbing for old couple (above 73) like us. There are no Rooms in ground floor.Staff treatment to us was very good. They helped my wife for climbing. I didn't need any help. The helpless Staff tried their very best to help us. We don't blame them at all .Food was good though variety was not very many. Here also Staff behavior is very good

Good and neat rooms ac also good cooling nearby to railway station & bus stand

Hotel location is ok, it located near by raiway station, but no lift facility, and service also not good

Chose the deluxe room and paid for it and they gave me a very small room with no facilities.

Room was fine for that price also ac working fine sometimes they will be not available in the reception we have to wait for long time

It was really a bad experience for me. I reached here around 8. 45pm. I enquired at the reception about my booking but they were not aware of. After a few minutes, they told the room is on the 2nd floor. My mother has a leg pain and the hotel doesn't have a lift, therefore i asked for a room in first floor. So i waited and this hotel had a restaurant in the ground floor. I had my dinner there and one of the room boys said they have arranged a room in the first floor, if i likes i can continue or they will give the room in the 2nd floor. I went to the first floor and entered the room. I have paid 2100- for the room and this room was really congested and small. So, i told to arrange the room in the 2nd floor. But they told they didn't have the keys as it was taken by somebody and he will come within 15 minutes. We waited for around 1 hour to get the keys. A group of 5 boys came with the keys and one of them got to the 2nd floor and opened and what i saw was there bags which meant they were using the room. After they left, the room boy told to use the room without cleaning. We scolded them to clean the room and change the bedsheets. We waited again for 15 minutes to get everything sorted out. The room was spacious but the bathroom was not well cleaned. It was really a terrible experience and i won't recommend this hotel to any families

Very bad because ventilation is not there in the non ac rooms …it’s too hot and too hard to stay in non ac rooms
