Staffs Polite Attitude. Clean room. Also have good space parking area.

The room was spacious and the aroma was also pleasant. But bottles and some waste of previous customer was kept in the cabinet. Kettle and cups were not cleaned properly. In total house keeping should be done properly. .

Taps in the bathroom were broken had to use another room to take shower staff were not present for timely help only a security was there to attend the needs

The service apartment is in top notch condition, enjoyed a pleasant stay. The building in brand new. The rooms and all amenity were well equipped. Right on the mc road. Safe bassesment parking for your car. Good for professionals traveling by and even for family.

The stay was pleasant and very comfortable. The staff were very cordial and helpful. The property is on the main road, but a little bit far from kottayam railway station
