Poor Stay
Geyser wasn't working, ac was too loud to sleep, pillow covers were torn. Towels and soaps were not served and i had to ask after checking in. Service for this price range usually provides better services.

Poor hospitality and very costly. We had to carry our luggage upstairs on our own as the waiter refused to do so. Ordered dinner at 8 pm and it was served at 9. 30 pm. The manager told us that the dinner would be ready in half an hour

Sir, you booked a standard room which has no TV please check the amenities it says no TV so why complaint now, anyways thanks for your visit.
Cozy bed, spacious rooms and quick room service
I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel when I went to Dehradun for appearing in an examination at forest research institute, which in itself an important landmark to visit. I had an excellent stay at this hotel for bare minimum cost

Stay in Deharadun
I went there for my daughter's admission College was on walking distance from the hotel. So I liked it. It was also pleasant.

Average Stay
Hotel manager is very generous. Hotels rooms are just OK. No heating facility. It was cold as hell inside. In Delhi its possible to get rooms with heating facility in that much money. This hotel is good for summers.

Just a one day trip with family
It is located far away from the bus stand and the railway station. but the rooms were bigger and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helping.

Awesome location for night halt if you are travelling from Mussorie to Delhi or vice versa
Unsure if its make my trip or hotel who has provided incorrect distance information from Mussorie. Hotel is in Garhi cant, Dehradun and not on hills
Location is nice if you are looking peace. However basic amenities were missing. Also washroom was not clean and fan was making noise. Most disappointing factor is misleading information that its 13 kilometers from Mussoorie, however it was 31 kilometers away and was in Dehradoon.

Amount debited but staff denied
Visited but hotel didnot accepted the booking. As per them all the rooms were booked and no confirmation mail has been received by them. If no rooms were there why MMT has accepted tge booking. Kindly refund the amount.
