we can’t use following facilities and they are not capable to manage - we had breakfast plan, but when we reached restaurant everything was badly organised, just poha some cold sandwiches they call it as breakfast
- we talked to restaurant staff, and they responded as careless, so we had went outside both days for breakfast food
- when we checked-in to room, tv did not worked… they said they didn’t recharged
- for simplest of recharge service they took 4 hours to respond after multiple calls to their different support numbers. they’d say they would fix it, but they take 4 hours.
- then again second day, tv stopped working. we again compaint and it never resolved until we left (they said some satellite dish issue, but they don’t resolve)
- after lights went off, their generator start time is more than 10 minutes overall they can’t manage inline to what they charge
