terribly sad state of rooms 1. smelly and cockroach filled washrooms. 2. heavily stained bed sheets. 3. ⁠location was on highway so a lot of truck and bus noise all night long

Constantly kept hearing honks from the highway during the night. Made it hard to sleep. Doormat / bathroom mat was dirty. Apart from this it was an average place for a short business stay !

Outside food are not allowed and inside the hotel food quality is not good but over priced. 1 glass milk they are charging 70 rupees plus gst. Quality of room also just ok. No mineral water provided. Tea coffee not provided.

one must try book this hotel. excellent rooms l, washroom. 100/100, for cleaning. only problem with tv. tv was not working in one of our room.

Hotel is good, location is perfect, but they still need to improve the food quality, hotel food is average.

had to pay 5k for this as it was festive season in white desert. but this hotel does not deserve that much at most 2k. we even got a room where I could hear another room voice through out the night as we shared a common door between rooms

Unclean washroom, bed was uncomfortable, no option for gujarati food, staff once tried to open room door when i delayed opening door for a minute for some reason. Not at all worth the price. Dint have images. Left a day early and booked else where

Room was ok, bathroom was not very clean. Overall not worth the money you will spend here. Food was also average.

We had a pleasant stay at tulsi hotel. The food quality and taste is also very good. If one needs affordable stay in madhapar, then surely can look to book this hotel

1. There was no system to uplift the window curtain. 2. No tea or coffee making arrangement was available in the room 3. No electric kettle was there. These are the basic requirements. 4. The locking arrangement of washroom of room number 911 was out of working order 5. Even no person was available to clean the vehicle a lot by the birds during to a cable over the vehicle. 6. Cleanliness neatness was however there. 7.

Tulsi residency is located on highway. Rooms are clean and their house keeping staff does good job. They have an in-house restaurant and also in room dining. Staff at the reception is always happy to help.

The stay was good and staff relatively helpful but the bed sheets had some stains and were not properly replaced

Very average. Package included newspaper, slipper, air purifier which were all missing. Food taste was below average with no salt in any dishes. We ordered manchow soup but they gave hot&sour and the noodles in it was soggy. Probably more than hotel, makemytrip is responsible for not verifying details. Worst, the hotel didn’t even have biscuits/cookies. Even the smallest of hotel has this basic stuffs these days

Good location hotel is in madhapar, staff is always ready to help. Good fascilities as per claims. The cleanliness of the rooms was spotless. That’s something i always notice, because as a maid i have an eye for such things, and know where exactly to look to see whether the room really was cleaned properly. The place was well-managed, with great attention to detail. We havent taken food at hotel because of our schedules so no comments on food.

Two times we stuck in lift, overall room is good furniture and bathroom is good food not tried food prices is very high.

Brothers, don't stop even by mistake, unless you have any compulsion, the hotel is very dirty and the intention of the staff and officers is how to loot money from the customers.

Basin sink was leaking. Lamp over the mirror was not working. No hot water in the wash basin. No hand towels. Restaurant was average. Although tandoori dishes listed in the menu but not available. I would not recommend.
